The accommodation

Ibiza style villa with centenary doors and bars. Located in a quiet residential area in Moraira (Costa Blanca). Built on a 1.750 m2 plot, for 8 people. 4 bedrooms, 4+1 bathrooms and private swimming pool.

The villa is built with noble materials (tile floor, marble bathrooms and stone walls.) The interior design is very warm and cozy.

The house is distributed on 3 floors, connected by indoor stairs.

On the first floor we can find the dining room, the living room, the kitchen (with an office), 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and a huge bathroomon ensuite, with shower and bathtub. The other 2 bedrooms have 2 beds on each one, with their respective bathrooms ensuite.

From the living room and the kitchen it's posible to access to 2 terraces (one of these covered). Both of them offer sea views and are equipped with tables, chairs and comfortable sofas.

On the second floor we can find the ironing/washing room with access to another covered terrace, and a bedroom with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with bathtub. To conclude, there is a playroom, equipped with billiard, table soccer, poker table, assorted library and a TV.

On the last floor we can find the garage, with automatic door, and capacity for 4 cars.

The infinity pool measures 10x4.5 meters with night lighting. It is located in a big terrace, equipped with loungers, and a chill out zone. The infinity pool is also provided by a complete bathroom, in order to avoid going into the house while staying in the infinity pool.

The villa has a beautiful mediterranean style garden with pines, olive trees, fruit trees, and lawn envolving the whole house.

Setting

The villa es built on a quiet residential zone, with sea views, 3 km far from the beuatiful Moraira town, where we cand find lots of nice restaurants, shops, and services.

Activities and attractions

Such a beautiful location to going out for a walk, possibility of practising tennis, cycling, fishing, diving, snorkeling, surfing, karting. waterskiing, etc. within the 5km from the villa

Recommended visits:

- Fish auction on the "lonja de los pescadores" (fish market), beside the yacht club.
- Hiking on the Peñon de Ifach (Calpe, 10km) and/or the natural protected park of Montgo (Javea, 12 km).
- Water and animal park in Benidorm, 35km (Aqualandia and Mundomar).
