The accommodation

The house has a stunning exterior in which you can find many corners where to enjoy your stay: there is the pool area overlooking the ocean: there is a lounge where to read a book, close to the pool; the BBQ area; there are a lot of flowers and trees in the park; and there is the terrace, a marvellous balcony facing the Mediterranea sea !

You won't ever forget it ! Inside, the house, new and clean, shows 3 double bedrooms, 2 single bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a big living with a fully equipped kitchen.

Please take note of the additional sums to pay in cash on arrival:
final cleaning fees € 150;
safety deposit € 250, to be refunded on departure.
The electricity is included in the price up to a consumption of kWh 150 per week. Beyond that limit, it will have a cost of € 0,36 per kWh.

This stunning villa is located inside an exclusive area in the picturesque fishermen's village of Cornino, just a few steps away from the promenade and the town facilities.

But what make this place a precious pearl in Sicily it's the fantastic gulf created by two renowned capes: Erice (Worldwide famous)on the South and the Natural Reserve of Monte Cofano (1 km away from the villa)on the North !

This area is in development, with a lot of new and exclusive villas, full of greenery and tipically built with the wonderful local stone.
