A double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds which can also be joined together for double use. Bathroom with shower, sink and bidet. Small living room with kitchen/dining area. The house is equipped with satellite TV, washing machine, air conditioner, hob, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment, iron and ironing board, pots and pans. Mosquito nets in the bedrooms and a small balcony from which you can glimpse the sea and overlook the garden. Garden with table and parking space. Charcoal barbecue and outdoor shower. The house is located near markets, pizzerias, shops, restaurants, pharmacies and medical services (summer only). Even though the villa is semi-detached, privacy is guaranteed as there are no shared areas. The house is a stone's throw from the white sand beach of Solanas between the tourist centers of Torre delle Stelle and Villasimius. Solanas is perfect for those who want a holiday of relaxation, sun and sea since the town is a small tourist center with restaurants, pizzerias, hotels and small commercial activities and is recommended for family holidays because it has no discos and nightclubs which however are located in the nearby centers indicated above, easily reachable in 10 minutes by car.
