Apartment with 3 bedrooms only 300 meters from the beach

Payments by bank transfer. Balance at least 3 days (payment date) before the rental period.
Booking not refunded. Balance refunded (by bank transfer) if you not arrive at all and only for the period I succeed to rent to someone else.
As you arrive, the doorkeeper will take a picture of your identity documents, you sign the contract and she gives you the keys.

- The stove is fed by a gas bottle. When it is empty, the tenant can request a full one by calling the number on the bottle. The expense will be refunded via bank transfer (or, if possible, by cash by the doorkeeper)
- The building has private parking. Seats are numerous but are not numbered, so there is no absolute guarantee to always find parking. The doorkeeper will provide a key or a remote control to open the parking bar
- The 5th bed is in the small bedroom with the 2nd bathroom, not separated by a door. The 6th bed is a sofa / bed in the living room
- When windows of different rooms are opened, strong drafts could occur. Close the center doors and / or use the appropriate doorstops, to avoid doors / windows slam.
- Keep the siphon of the shower full of water, to prevent odor
- The doorkeeper does not speak english
