.Terraced house of 130 m2, with 2 floors, urbanization in first line of beach and large communal pool, with air conditioning, heating and ceiling fans.
Located in the quietest area of the rompido and on the beach.
It has internet- wifi and satellite tv.
The house has a wide and safe kayak, with capacity for 2 adults and 1 child, for walks, fishing or bathing in the rompido estuary.
Ground floor with large kitchen very equipped (with all kinds of appliances), living room and toilet.
First floor with 3 bedrooms: one with 150 cm bed, tv and independent bathroom, another with 105 cm bed and 90 cm bed and a third with three 90 cm beds one of them elevated and another bathroom. There is also a baby's crib.
Large sun porch with awning, tv and hammocks.
There are 2 bicycles for adults and 2 for children. There are 3 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas.
Including bed linen and bath towels.

Services and common areas
it has a large communal pool, very quiet (open from june 22 to september 15 approximately) access to the beach at 50 meters, being the only area of the beach rompido, located between two marinas and 500 meters from the ferry to la arrow of new umbria.

The neighborhood
living next to the beach, without parking problems, in a luxury house, with all the services at your fingertips. Village at about 500 meters with markets, shops and restaurants.
Normally you can park in the same door.

There are two golf courses in the area: el rompido golf with 36 holes and new golf portil with 18 holes.
7 km away is cartaya with a wide offer for shopping: carrefour, mercadona, aldi, lidl, etc.
You can make use of interurban transport (bus) with stop 200m from the house.
Important: all day there is a ferry that will take you to la flecha de nueva umbría and its wild beach

at 4 km el portil with its wide beach, punta umbría, huelva, lugares colombinos, doñana. It is 20 minutes from the border with portugal, ideal to discover the entire algarve coast with its idyllic beaches and magnificent landscapes.

Great Location
Juan and Ana were great, Juan met us on arrival and went through everything, even with the language barrier. The house is only 2 minutes from the beach, go out of the house and turn left, there it is. We had nearly a month there and walked into El Rompido most days, about 20 minutes, great walk there and back for the dog who settled in very well. The house was clean, tidy and all the facilities you needed are there. We asked for cleaning and linens change once a week, which was great, this will cost you more but I think its well worth. Would seriously consider going back, only down side was the boiler kept going off near the end of our holiday, but that was the only issue and Juan and Ana were only a call away if needed.
