This charming 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment can accommodate 6 people and is fully furnished and equipped with air conditioning, heating, Spanish television and English satellite television, plus free Wi-Fi and free private parking. It has views of the sea and the mountains of the natural park from the large private terrace.

The apartment is on a gated complex equipped with a video intercom. There is a large communal pool with a children's area, a playground with grass in attractive communal gardens overlooking the sea. The pool is open from Easter until October 31.

The apartment is part of Tierra de Irta (Font Nova), Peñíscola, a development located with no-through traffic, at the foot of the beautiful Sierra de Irta Natural Park and is within walking distance of the sea, local Restaurants / Bars / Cafes, Mini-Supermarket, Tennis Courts, etc.

2 Bedrooms: (1 double and 1 twin). Double sofa bed in the living area.
2 Bathrooms: 1 en-suite with master bedroom with toilet, sink, bathroom with shower. 1 Shower Room with toilet, sink, shower cubicle. Hair dryer.
Living area: sofa bed, radio, CD player, TV, DVD player, Spanish television and English satellite television.
Dining area: dining table and chairs, video intercom.
Kitchen: fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, cutlery, dishes, glassware, kitchen utensils.

OUTSIDE:
Large Private Terrace (with terrace furniture, sun loungers and views of the sea and the mountains of the Natural Park).

minutes by car from the urbanisation. Bus available during Easter and from the end of June to
mid-September).
