It invites to enjoy a good breakfast at the terrace in order to get the energy you need to reach the beach in a few steps and spend a great day swimming in the crystal clear water or sunbathing on the fine and white sand. When you come back, the terrace is again the best place for a great dinner alfresco.

Inside this apartment -located on the first floor of a building without lift- you will feel at home thanks to a modern and renewed atmosphere. The air-conditioned living - dining room is perfect for a delicious banquet, or for a family chat while watching the satellite TV. The kitchen, with a ceramic hob, offers all you need to cook and there is a laundry area where you'll find the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board. There are two bedrooms, both with a closet and a fan. One has a double bed and exit to a small terrace and the other has twin beds. A baby cot and a high chair are available. The bathroom of the accommodation features a shower.

The location is an absolut privilege. On the one hand, it's only 120 metres from the paradisaical beach of Puerto de Alcudia. On the other, there are also a wide range of services around like bars, restaurants, shops, bus stop, etc. Moreover, the golf course of Alcanada is 6 km away and the marina about 4 km.
