The house is integrated in a private garden of 1200 m2 in Moreda down town, 8 km from Logroño. The villa is a classic style on two floors with a terrace of 25 m2 and a porch, sunny and facing South, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, toilet with shower, living/diner room, kitchen, nice entry, large garden close to small stream running, and private parking for 4 cars.

The Garden wide surface of grass (900m2) with an ornamental fountain and barbecue of native stone, surrounded by trees of pomegranate, fig, walnut, olive, magnolias, pines, cypress, roses and flowers.
Parking Free parking for 3 cars inside the property.

1 bag of Spanish serrano ham 200 grams
1 bag of sausages 200 grams
6 tea cookies.

Basket for rioja barbecue (65 €)

Red Rioja sausages 1 kg (choricillo Riojano).

Moreda de álava

Is a nice and small town in The Rioja Alavesa with about 200 neighbors. It has an old tradition of wine and olive growing. The well-known quality of the olives provides Moreda with the prestige of Extra-Virgin Olive Oil producer.

The old town with his masonry and cut stone houses invites the visitors for a peaceful and agreeable walk around the streets.

As well, you can visit the beautiful Plateresque Church, the Town Hall, the olive-press (trujal) and two wineries, where the famous RIOJA young and aged red and white wines are produced. Also, you can find a grocery shop and two bars where you can enjoy food and drinks and discover the sympathy and hospitality of Moreda people.
