The accommodation

Charming and cozy open space small apartment, part of an old historical mansion, totally and recently renovated, just 30 mt from the famous “2 towers” . You’ll find yourself just in the real centre of Bologna, the best solution to reach in few minutes, walking, museums, theatres, famous medieval Piazza Santo Stefano, Piazza Maggiore, San Pietro Basilica and the historical market “Pescherie Vecchie”. You’ll find many helpful free brochures to show you the best way to enjoy Bologna: with its almost 40 kilometers of antique porticoes (and Casa Letizia Mansion is a small part of it ) Bologna is a unique city in the world; events, restaurants, trattorie with typical “cucina bolognese”, osterie and wine bar surrounded by the medieval environment of Bologna and our University (the oldest of the world) district.

Setting

Our clean and tidy open space “Casa Letizia” , with lift and air conditioned, furnished with washing machine, microwave, kettle, iron equipment, hair-drier, courtesy set, is done by a dining area with internet wireless, a bedroom area with king size bed, wardrobe, tv, full equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, small area before the bath with racks and small cupboard and a bathroom with shower. At each new guest arrival, all bath towels, bed linen, as well all bath accessory will be changed and sterilized.

Activities and attractions

Just some example from Bologna by train: Venice (1 ½ h), Florence (1 h.), Parma ( ½ h.), Ravenna or Rimini and Adriatic sea ( 1 h.), Ferrara ( 45 min.), Milano (1 h.), Rome (2 h.), On Saturday and Sunday the centre is closed to traffic, but you can find many parking all around downtown.
