House 120mq 3km from Sorrento

The accommodation

Beautiful house located on the ground floor of a two-story villa at about 3 km away from the center of Sorrento. It sleeps 5 people,120 square meters. It has a splendid view of the sea, of Sorrento and Mount Vesuvius. Casa La Giuggiola has a private swimming pool, private terrace with the view of the sea, parking, air condition, heating and Internet WI-FI.

You will reach the house from the parking through a small gate and walking a private alee with about 10 small stairs.
The owner that lives on the first floor of the building will be at your disposal for any request. You will however have your private entrance, the exclusive use of the swimming pool, terrace and garden.
THE PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL WITH HYDROMASSAGE is 40 square meters, from 1.50 meters to 2.20 meters deep. It is open from 28 April to the end of October. The swimming pool area is equipped with sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool, you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea and Sorrento.
THE PRIVATE TERRACE AND THE GARDEN is 550 square meters. The terrace is equipped with a barbecue made in stone, a pizza oven, table and chairs for five people. You will reach the terrace from the living room.
THE LIVING ROOM is large and bright and has a rustic interior. It is equipped with a nice fireplace, a satellite TV, a table with five chairs and a double sofa bed. It has the air conditioning/heating unit and Internet WI-FI. Here you will also find the kitchen equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave and the coffee machine.
THE FIRST BATHROOM is equipped with a sink, a bidet and the WC. You will reach the bathroom from the hallway.
THE BEDROOM has one queen size and one single bed. It is equipped with a TV and an air conditioning/heating unit. You will reach the bedroom from the hallway.
THE SECOND BATHROOM is equipped with a shower enclose, the hair drier and a sink. You will reach the bathroom from the hallway.

Setting

Located on the upper side of Sorrento, at about 3 km away from the main square Piazza Tasso. In less than ten minutes by car, you will reach the restaurants, shops, bars, the supermarket and the beach.
The house is the perfect accommodation if you are looking to spend your holiday in full relax and at the same time to easily visit the surroundings: Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, Naples, Pompeii or Capri.

To stay at the house is necessary to have a car. You will be able to park it near the house in a reserved parking place free of charge.
