The apartment is overlooking one of the most beautiful squares of the city, Piazza Signorelli which, with its splendid theatre and the Maec Museum, gives the location a unique and fascinating atmosphere.
Thanks to its convenient central location, the apartment is located on the first floor of an ancient Palace. Will allow you to enjoy all the amenities of the city and at the same time to have a secluded and peaceful place where to relax and enjoy your holiday.
The apartment il Teatro retains the classic rustic Tuscan style thanks to the maintenance and restoration of the old terracotta floors and ceilings with exposed wooden beams, combined with precious furnishings and meticulous finishing.
The owners have paid special attention to make the beautiful and comfortable apartment, full of style and comfort for its guests.
The apartment is accessed through a beautiful stone staircase that takes you to your accommodation, consisting of living room complete with sofa (convertible in a sofa bed if required) and a fully equipped kitchen and dining table. The living room also has air conditioning and satellite TV.
The bedroom is large and comfortable and have a double bed. The bathroom is provided with shower.
The entire apartment is covered by wi fi free. Air conditioning, heating and final cleaning are included in the rental fee. The apartment is equipped with local products for cooking: oil, salt and pepper, sugar ... Detergents for washing of linens are present within the structure. Electricity and gas are included in the price. The city tax is € 2 for the first 4 nights (per person).
