In Mas Pinell, located near the city of Torroella de Montgri, (Costa Brava) in a "private residential" area and just 80 meters from the beach, is this complex that will be renovated before the summer of 2022 (HUTG006881-006891), surrounded by a protected natural park.

The apartments are for 2 to 4 people, fully equipped with all the comforts for a pleasant stay.
Behind the building (in high season) there is a bar/restaurant (with a swimming pool for its clients) and next to the building there will be a community pool (before summer 2022) (free for clients).

The distribution of the apartments is as follows: terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining, living/dining room with kitchenette completely renovated before the summer of 2022, bathroom with shower and sink also completely new before the summer of 2022 , 1 bedroom with bunk beds (90x200), 1 bedroom with double bed (160x200), the open kitchen (with ceramic hob) is equipped with microwave, oven and washing machine, fridge, toaster, coffee maker (Dolce Gusto). The terrace has a table and chairs.

There are apartments on the ground floor with their garden for private use and there are apartments on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. East or West orientation.

Located 80 m from the "sand beach" (3.5 km long of fine sand), surrounded by a fantastic setting of pine trees, rice fields and dunes that allow you to fully enjoy nature, in a quiet place, ideal for spending your family vacation. Surf and enjoy the virgin beach.
In summer, the main services of the urbanization include a bar/restaurant with a swimming pool for its clients and several beach bars.

Setting

Discover everything that Mas Pinell has to offer. This is a quiet urbanisation on the seaside between the towns Pals and Estartit. It has an extensive beach with a view to the Medes islands which is not crowded, even in summer. The urbanisation Mas Pinell lies along the beach between Estartit and Pals. It is a quiet ubansation, especially well suited for families with children.
The houses are located near the town of Torroella de Montgri and L'Estartit (Girona - Costa Brava) in a private residential area and just 50 metres from the beach, surrounded by a protected natural park.
During the summer months (15 June - 15 September) the urbanisation offers facilities as a bar/restaurant with its pool and several beach bars. During the rest of the year, Mas Pinell is a place to seek peace and quiet, whilst still being close to all the amenities of the area.
