For rent luxury apartment for 9 peope. Second beachfront newly built. Fully furnished, urbanization Marina D'Or, in Oropesa del Mar. Building Valparaiso.

The building is in second line of beach 200 meters from the sea.

The apartment is in 4th floor, 81 m2 floor space (including a terrace of 12 m2) with 3 bedrooms, (one with one bunk, 2 beds, one of two beds and master bedroom), 2 baths (master bedroom bath with whirlpool and another with shower), living room (sofa bed and addtinal matress in floor), fitted kitchen, terrace and parking space (basement).

LINEN AND TOWELS
The bed linens and towels of the bathrooms are not included in the rental price, but if you want this service, you can contract directly this service at the person who makes me the delivery and collection of keys.
The price is as follows (year 2023) (Per person and stay, VAT included):
Towels: 7 € per pack of towels (1 shower towel, 1 washbasin towel).
If you want 1 extra towel that can be used as a bathmat, it is 1 € extra.
Bed linen: 5 € each pack (1 fitted sheet, 1 top sheet and 1 pillow case)
Deposit: 5,00 €, this deposit will be returned to the client once the rented product is returned.
The payment of this service is in cash at the moment of delivery of keys.

CRIB FOR BABY.
The apartment has a baby's crib. Its cost is € 20.00 per stay.
It is a travel cot with a mattress of 60 cm approx.
Please note that sheets are not provided for this cot.
The payment of this service is in cash at the moment of delivery of keys.

CHECK IN – CHECK OUT
The check in at the apartment is from 17:00 and check out not later 11:00.
The reason for this is for having enough time to leave everything ready, because until 11:00 am the previous tenant will be in the apartment.
If the apartment is free the previous day or if I left everything ready before 17:00 I have no problem in entering early.

The matter check out at 11:00 is for the same reason.

The schedule of delivery and collection of keys (without extra cost) is
Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 14:00 and 17:00 to 20:00
Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00
Sundays in August from 10:00 to 14:00:

If you reach the apartment outside of these hours there is an extra cost to be paid in cash to the person making the delivery of keys in the apartment.
40.00 €: working days: between 20:00 and 24:00, Saturdays: between 14:00 to 24:00 and holidays from 10:00 to 24:00
60.00 € between 24:00 and 10:00 every days.

As you also may see, except a room with two beds and two bathrooms, other rooms are exterior.
-. The apartment is on the fourth floor.
-. The apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with jacuzzi), kitchen, lounge, terrace and garage in basement.
-. Fully furnished with wardrobes in all bedrooms and all appliances, refrigerator, washer / dryer, oven, microwave, grill, dishwasher, one AA appliance, TV, stereo (radio and CD player) and safe.
-. The apartment also has iron and ironing board and string clothesline on the terrace of the apartment, in addition to the roof at the top of the building
-. The building has two swimming pools (both with children's and adult zone), showers, toilets and playground.

It's in second line beach 200 m. the sea, very close to the leisure tourism zone of Marina D’or (hotels, bars, cafes and disco music) and close Mercadona (big and cheap supermarket) (500 m).

Of course you can enjoy all the services that offers Marina Dor, a magnificent SPA, amusement parks "Fantasy World" and "Aventura Dor" , children's entertainment and musical performances outdoors at night in the gardens of Marina Dor.

The price of entry is 33 euros Spa (3 hours) or reduced rate 26 euros (2 hours from 19:00 to 21:00 on Saturdays in season and every day in high season).

* The entrance to the heated pool at the Marina Dor Spa costs only 4.00 euros and 1.50 euros for children aged 5 to 12 years for children under 5 years free entrance. It has several additional options such as saunas, steam rooms and Jacuzzis.

* The entrance to the gym in the SPA Marina Dor costs 2.00 Euros without time limit.
* There are a beautiful 3 Km. walk by the beach between the apartment and Oropesa city center.

Prices are indicative, do not forget to confirm directly on site.

Although the maximum occupancy is 7 people, (5 adults and the rest must be children).5 is the best because there are 5 beds and it would not need to use the sofa bed in the room (the sofa bed is for sleeping two children).

I do not know if the price fits your budget, but I assure you that the apartment is in perfect state of cleanliness and maintenance and that the stay will meet yours expectations.

Naturally I ask the tenants to care for the apartment and they must leave it in the same state of order and cleanliness in which it was found, including appliances, bathrooms, floors etc..
