Low prices in June and September, maximum capacity 6 people. The house has on the ground floor a very large living-dining room, kitchen, toilet and an interior patio. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with terrace, two double bedrooms (one of them with terrace and the other with window) and two complete bathrooms. On the basement floor is the garage where you can put two cars.
The house has a private terrace of 100m2 and fenced. It is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, blender, toaster, coffee maker, iron, etc. Linen and towels are provided. I do not admit groups of young people under 27 years old without the company of a responsible adult.
The house is located in a new urbanization, 7-8 minutes walking distance from the beach of La Fontanilla. It is 5-6 minutes walking distance to the new town centre. It has right next to the Mercadona and MaxiDia. It is a very quiet and comfortable residential area.
The most important tourist attractions of Conil are its beaches and pine forests.
You can practice water sports as well as land sports. Surfing, windsurfing, swimming, etc., all kinds of water sports can be practised. You can also go horse riding, cycling, hiking, etc...all kinds of land sports.

El equipamiento en cuanto a menaje de cocina muy justito. El apartamento estaba limpísimo. Dando un paseo se puede ir al centro. Para ir a la playa es necesario el coche. Muy útil el aparcamiento para dos coches
