Villa Antonella is located in a quiet and panoramic area that enjoys a unique view of the sea of Scopello and the Zingaro Nature Reserve. The villa is just 2 km from the sea and the famous beach of Guidaloca.

The center of the small town of Castellammare del Golfo, where you find all the main services such as supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, bars and restaurants is only 10 minutes by car.

The villa has a large covered terrace with an unforgettable view of the sea. Surrounded by olive trees, palms, Mediterranean plants and large outdoor spaces, guests can relax under the sun of Sicily.

The villa consists of two levels and can be accessed on the ground floor, where you find the entrance area, a kitchen in the traditional style, equipped with all necessaries, a dining area, a relax area where you can access the terrace, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a large shower. A well-spaced staircase leads to the first floor, where you find one double bedroom with a terrace and a stunning sea view, two double bedrooms with garden views and a spacious bathroom with shower.

The property offers also a round pool (available from april until october), a sun terraces with sun beds, garden furniture, an external shower, large parking spaces and an outside dining area to enjoy outdoor dinners or BBQ´s with the family or friends.

In the house you find useful guides about the area. The renter lives closeby and is always available in case of questions or help.

The weekly rental price includes 100 kw of free electricity.
A higher use will be charged at 0,50 € per kw.
