• Check-in: from 16:00 / Check-out: before 12:00
• Self check-in with secure key box (code sent via WhatsApp).
• Optional cleaning service: €40 (paid directly).
• Smoking is not allowed inside the house — only outside.
• Pets allowed. Maximun 2 Pets - 10 €/night/Pet
• No parties or events.
• Quiet hours: 15:00–18:00 & after 23:00.
• Trash disposal after 21:00 only.
• Any damage due to misuse will be charged to the guest.
