The accommodation

Vomero, in the heart of the pedestrian area, next to the funiculars and the metro my apartment, quiet and private is ideal to visit the city and enjoy a stay in Naples.
Quiet and secluded apartment consists of a single room divided in two levels. Below, the living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, bathroom and laundry area. On the mezzanine a large bedroom with double bed. A balcony complete the house.

For couples with children, I have the possibility of adding a folding bed.

The apartment's amenities consist of air conditioning, heating, wifi, washing machine, a television hd and a stereo system to which you can connect any device.

Setting

Vomero is the commercial heart of the city equipped with all kinds of shops, theaters, cinemas, ice cream parlors, pastry shops, pizzerias, restaurants and trattorias.

Three funiculars and metro are just a few meters from the house and will take you in a few minutes in the old town, to the port to reach the islands, promenade, the central train and bus to the airport.
Closing time of funiculars and metro: the metro has the last run at 23:00 every day and at 00.30 in the week-end. The central funicular: monday, tuesday 22:00 00:30 other days. Funicular chiaia 00:30, wednesday, thursday 22:00. Funicular of montesanto every day until 22.00.
Wishing you can achieve the same places with a walk of 30 minutes between the features and panoramic stairs of petraio or pedamentina.

From the airport can take the bus (alibus) at a cost of € 3-4 and reach the central station in piazza garibaldi from there take the metro line 1 and get off at vanvitelli which is a two minute walk from my apartment. About 1 hour

Activities and attractions

Highlights are the Castel Sant 'Elmo and the Certosa di San Martino, overlooking the hill from the top. The neighborhood's green lung is the Villa Floridiana, a beautiful park in which is located the National Museum of Ceramics Duke of Martina. Finally, the most beautiful views enjoyable from Vomero are those from Castel Sant 'Elmo, from the viewpoint of the Floridiana, from Via Palizzi, via Aniello Falcone and the Petraio area.
