The apartment is located in the historical centre of Florence, very close to San Lorenzo market stalls and features to the former convent of Sant'Orsola where were found the remains of Mona Lisa which inspired Leonardo da Vinci in the painting of the Gioconda.
The residence of 70 sqm is located on the third floor of a characteristic historic building with sloping ceilings with beautiful wooden beam ceilings and has just been completely renovated and furnished.
Bright and with double exposure, is composed of entrance with private staircase from the second to the third floor, large living room with kitchenette, a bedroom furnished with a double bed convertible into two individual beds and a pouf that becomes a single bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, loft that has 1 sofabed for 2 persons, desk and wardrobe fitted. In the living room a comfortable sofa converts into a double bed. Can then accommodate up to 7 people.
All furniture, fixtures and appliances are completely new.

Residence is a very close to the central market, in the heart of the city, 5 minutes walk from Cathedral Squared the Baptistry of San Giovanni, just 10 minutes from the Uffizi Gallery, Signoria Square and Ponte Vecchio. Very convenient for tourists arriving by train to Santa Maria Novella station and, for those traveling by car, is near the San Lorenzo parkinge and another under the house.
The area is extensively equipped with typical Tuscan restaurants, wine bars, pubs, bars, cinemas, theatres, churches, museums, post office, supermarkets, hospital and all kinds of commercial activity that will satisfy anyone's needs.
