The accommodation

On the first line, 30 metres from sea 3-room apartment is available for rent. The apartment is equipped with all necessary appliances for comfortable vacation: light sitting room, 2 cozy bedrooms, modern kitchen, spacious bathroom and one big terrace. On the territory of community you will find: open swimming pool, tropical gardens and fountains, parking and direct entrance to the beach.

In sitting room: fold-out sofa, armchair, stilling, dining area, big Tv-set (diagonal line is 127 cm) and DVD-player. In one bedroom there is a double bed (160х200), a locker, coffee tables and a sliding door wardrobe. In another one there are two single beds. Maximum amount of guests is 6 persons.

In sitting room there is an entrance to the terrace, which is oriented on south and is fitted with dining area where you can enjoy your meal breathing fresh air under pleasant Spanish sunbeams. Terrace is a perfect place for comfortable and quiet vacation, where all day all night you can enjoy sea air and listen to the of sea waves.

From the porch of the building there is an entrance to the beach and swimming pool.
Kitchen is equipped with modern domestic appliances and all kitchen implements such as: fridge, electric cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee pot, toaster, dishes and flatware.
Also in the apartment you can use: air conditioning, washing machine, clothes dryer, internet (Wi-Fi: 3G/4G, 10Gb/week), hair dryer, iron, ironing board. We provide our guests free towels and bed sheets.

We recommend you to use a car.

Setting

For our guests: big, picturesque community in Spanish national style, in the territory of which there are: open swimming pool, entrance on the beach, spacious gardens and green recreation areas. There is a parking near the entrance of the community. Distance from the apartment to beach is 30 metres. The beach is calm and quiet, with beautiful views on Africa, Gibraltar (which is in 40 km of distance), etc.

Activities and attractions

Distance to the centre of Estepona city is 4 km, to Marbella and Puerto Banus is less than 25 km. It will take you less than one hour by car to get to the coast of Atlantic ocean, and also to the famous touristic places of Andalusia, such as: Mijas, Ronda, Tarifa. Lovers of golf can find lot of golf courses in the neighborhood of Estepona.

Very comfortable and pleasant apartment

We were very pleased with this apartment. It was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The owners were friendly, helpful and kind. The community was well kept. The gardens were beautiful and well stocked with wonderful grass, trees and shrubs. The pool was excellent and not too crowded. We were a short drive from Estepona and about 20-25 minutes from Marbella. The location of the apartment is very handy for traveling in either direction. We had a great time here!
