The accommodation

Enjoy an unforgettable holiday in our beautiful villa, set on a 1,000 m² plot in the charming town of Níjar. With capacity for up to 8 guests, this house is perfect for families and groups of friends seeking comfort, entertainment and relaxation in a safe and pleasant setting.

The 130 m² property is arranged over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious open-plan living room and kitchen, with two sofas, a coffee table and a TV. There is also a bedroom with two single beds and a fully equipped bathroom.

Upstairs, the 40 m² attic-style area features a cosy lounge with a TV and sofa, four single beds and spectacular views of the swimming pool. There is also an elegant 15 m² double bedroom from which you can enjoy stunning views over the town of Níjar.

In the hallway area, a large window with seating provides a peaceful spot to enjoy reading while taking in the mountain views.
Outdoor Areas

Covered Porch: A 40 m² covered porch with a dining table and outdoor sofas, perfect for al fresco dining. It also includes a barbecue and a sink area.

Children’s Leisure Area: A fenced swimming pool for the safety of the little ones, an outdoor shower, and a spacious garden area with parasols and sun loungers, ideal for enjoying the sun anywhere on the plot.

The house is fully equipped for a comfortable and pleasant stay, including bed linen, kitchen utensils and bathroom essentials.

The kitchen comes with all necessary appliances and utensils so you can prepare delicious meals during your holiday.
