The accommodation

Apartment on the second floor, with elevator, surrounded by the peace of the hills of Versilia.
Center of gravity compared to the sea and to the art cities (Pietrasanta, Lucca, Pisa), the Apuan Alps and the Lake of Massaciuccoli.

The apartment consists of large living area with kitchen, covered terrace, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds and bathroom with shower.
In the living room it is available a comfortable sofa bed.

The whole apartment is available to guests .
They are exclusively available to guests two free parking spaces.

Guests will be greeted upon their arrival for the presentation of the house and hand over the keys.
I remain available to them in case of need during their stay for information, advice and any other need.

To house rules I regret I can not accommodate pets.
Smoking is only allowed on the terrace.
The cost of heating will be calculated according to actual consumption, while other utilities are included.
The price includes bed linen and towels.

I ask the utmost respect for the house, which is the house where I lived just married and where my two children were born.
The kitchen has marble floor and must not be placed directly above acids and greasy foods (lemon, tomato, wine, oil...) .

Setting

Within a 200 meters you can find basic services such as bars, bakery, restaurant and pizzeria, newsagent and tobacconist, florist, post office and pharmacy.
The area is well served by public transport, with the bus station at 100 meters that connect Lucca - Viareggio - Pisa - Florence .
Less than one km there is the train station in Bozzano.

Quiesa is a quiet residential town situated at the foot of the mountain that divides Versilia from Lucca, a few steps from the sea of ​​Viareggio, but also from the famous Apuan Alps.
Not far from cities such as Pisa and Pietrasanta .
A stone's throw from Lake Massaciuccoli, which is a must for a walk or a boat ride to the Oasis Lipu, and a visit to the Roman ruins of the archaeological area.
