The accommodation
A picturesque house and sunny located in the fishing village of Vila Chã, Vila do Conde. Fully renovated in 2016, it has a large terrace for barbecues and meals with friends or family. The house consists of three bedrooms, one with a double bed and a
with bunk beds, a cozy living room, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. It also has a private garage. Near the house, a scrolling distance, there are three beaches connected by a wooden walkway where you can enjoy soothing walks on the beach and enjoy the beauty of the Atlantic Ocean. Also nearby is to "auction" of fishermen, one of the most enchanting parts of the village, where you can admire the fishing environment - fishermen prepare their nets ready to put out into the sea and even buy fresh fish fresh from fishing!
Vila Chã is roughly 20 km from Porto, so you can visit this historic city at the mouth of the Douro river with ease through various means of transport including car, subway or taxi.

Friendly
A comfortable family house near the beach. It has a big garden The friendly owner is your neighbour and will help you with anything. Which is helpful when you visit Portugal for the first time. On the other side you have a small grocery. A peaceful location between the big city Porto at the south and the small fishersvillage Vila de Conde at the north. 5 minutes to a highway. With my two daughters (6 and 8) we enjoyed it very much.
