The accommodation
This is a centrally located south facing apartment on a small urbanisation with community pool. 6-7 minutes walk to the Ventanicas beach area, with its array of shops, bars restaurants and chiringuitos, it is possibly one of the most sought after locations in Mojacar.
The apartment comprises of kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave toaster and kettle. The bright, open plan lounge has ample comfortable seating together with a dining table with capacity for 6 persons. Patio doors from the lounge open onto a private terrace area, complete with a table and chairs, parasol and sunbeds. With sea views, the terrace is a perfect place to relax and dine alfresco.
The apartment has high speed WIFI, a/c in the lounge and all bedrooms. TV – Spanish and some UK channels.
Both the bedrooms are twin rooms with fitted wardrobes, ceiling fans and air conditioning.
The family bathroom has a large bathtub, shower, wc bidet and low level sink. The second bedroom is a large twin bedroom with a fitted wardrobe, A/C and ceiling fan.
Due to the entrance steps of this community it is unsuitable for those with walking difficulties.
