the apartment has 1 main suit bedroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 complete office kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 1 nice terrace 12 m2 with views to the boats docks area. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, and full kitchen utensils. There is central air condition cold/hot. The rooms has a very comfortable mattresses. There is a 40" tv in the dining room, dvd, and small 32" smart tv in the main bedroom

The complex has different swimming pools, Jacuzzi, fitness center, Turkish bath, table tennis, Paddle, WIFI, Satellite TV, and the option to rent boats or jet skies. The beach, diving center, restaurants, chill out areas are very close, all around 100m.
Activities and attractions
There is Theme park at 50km, Valencia oceanographic and Science City 130km, airport 130km. You could do trekking, ride bikes, scuba diving or nudist beach at 10km. It is a vacation paradise that you should take advantage of.

Great appartment overlooking the boat harbor
The appartment looks over the boat harbor and is in a great location, no road noise. Only 5 min walk to the Arenal beach, many eatery’s and shops all around. We enjoyed the appartment very much for its brightness, it is well supplied and very clean. Though we had difficulty initially using Rentalia booking platform, Fernando (the owner) was very patient and walked us through the process. Fernando is an excellent host and we highly recommend the flat. We decided to extend our stay so stay tuned to part 2!
