The property, with a generous 330m2 extension, includes a brand-new swimming pool perfect for enjoying the warm summer weather and accommodates 10 people, with an option to accommodate up to 12.

Located in the peaceful chalet development of 'El Carmen,' this home is less than 3 minutes from shopping areas, 4 minutes from downtown, and a mere 5 minutes from Las Redes Beach, one of El Puerto de Santa María's gems.

Amenities such as covered parking for 2 cars, air conditioning, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, as well as access to WiFi, Smart TV, and complete equipment including kitchenware, sheets, and towels, are guaranteed to ensure a comfortable stay.

On the main floor, you'll find 4 spacious bedrooms to comfortably accommodate 8 people, while a large attic offers additional space for up to 4 more people.
