Fantastic home, to come with family or friends.

This former family home has been rebuilt, giving rise to a cottage.
Set in a quiet and peaceful area where you can enjoy the sounds of nature and enjoy the view that the field has to offer.

This house consists of a bedroom suite, a double bedroom and a bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary.
It has recently been placed an air conditioning system.

In the living room there is a nice sitting area with TV and internet.
It also has a laundry area with washing machine and drying.

**Access between floors is via external stairs.

Outside there is the BBQ area with an wood oven with tables and chairs and can enjoy outdoor dining.

Around you can enjoy the beautiful views and the calm of the neighborhood.

There are supermarkets and restaurants within 5 minutes from the house.
The center of Marco de Canaveses is 20 minutes.
The airport in OPorto is 1 hour away.

In case of a technical breakdown of the Jacuzzi, if it is not functioning on the date of the guests' entry, they will be advised as far in advance as possible (unfortunately sometimes it may be on top of the date of reservation), and the hypotheses presented are the cancellation of the stay, or a discount of 15% for each night that the same is not working. This is because we always depend on technical assistance (third parties) and unfortunately it is not always possible to solve the problem with the desired brevity. It is an unlikely situation, which surpasses us but to which we would like to draw your attention, because unfortunately these mishaps happen.
