Villa Trau' is made up of two floors, on the first there are 3 bedrooms (two doubles, one small single), a sofa bed, plus there are two other folding beds (for children) for a total of 8 beds. a kitchen, a lounge, two bathrooms. On the ground floor, a lounge, a lounge, kitchen and bathroom. A large garden of 3000 m² fully equipped (barbecue, hammocks, rocking garden bed, rocking sofa). I rent only the first floor, the ground floor and the garden is shared only with the owner's family (three people). The climate is excellent and always very cool! Villa Trau' is located 5 minutes from the sea and 10 from Senigallia (by car). Discounted price for those who book long periods.
The villa is in the countryside 5 minutes from the sea, 10 minutes from Senigallia and Falconara, 15 minutes from the airport and 30 from Ancona. The sea is 5 minutes away as are tennis and horse riding, 40 minutes away are the Frasassi caves and the medieval village of Gradara, one hour and 20 minutes away from the city of Assisi.
