The accommodation

It features two full bathrooms with hydromassage showers, a powder room, large bedrooms, and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen that opens onto a large terrace with a pergola and lounge chairs. A 50-inch TV adorns the spacious living room, decorated in a sophisticated style with wooden furniture and leather sofas. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment but is permitted on the terraces. Private parking is available in a gated area next to the apartment; the price is not included in the reservation, please consult the owner. Not available for rent to guests under 30 years of age. Bachelor/Bachelorette parties and other large gatherings are prohibited.

Setting

The apartment is located right in the city center, on the main shopping streets and where the most exclusive shops are. The bus station and the main city bus stops are located just below, and the train station is only 100 meters away. Plaza del Espolon is a three-minute walk away and the historic center is just seven minutes away. Access to the apartment is extremely easy from any entrance to Logroño, as it is situated on an avenue where all streets leading to the city center pass through Calle Vara de Rey, near Avenida de España. In front of the apartment, there is a public parking lot with attractive rates on weekends, and the area is regulated by a blue zone, which is free on holidays.

Activities and attractions

In the area, you will find shops and businesses. Just five minutes away, you can visit the historic center, the La Redonda Cathedral, and take a guided tour of the witches' sabbath and the grape burning in Zugarramurdi. Enjoy a pleasant stroll in the Ebro Park and savor tapas on the famous Laurel, San Juan, and San Agustín streets, all very close to the apartment. This beautiful region of La Rioja, land of exquisite wines and gastronomy, invites you to take excursions and visit wineries such as Marqués de Riscal and Muga, as well as its magnificent monasteries, San Millán de Suso and Yuso, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
