The property, independent, entirely fenced with automatic gate, can be reached directly from the beach.
The villa is composed of: large kitchen, living room (fully functional) n. 1 double bedroom, n. 1 double/twin room, n. 1 bathroom/shower, for a total of n. 4 beds plus a cot for children.
All furnished with maximum comfort.

Small veranda in front of the house, larger veranda at the back equipped with table, chairs, deckchairs and barbecue.
