The cottage, which has been renovated and furnished in the traditional Tuscan style, affords a wonderful view of the surrounding hills. The Tyrrhenian Sea is to be seen in the distance.

The Outdoors

The holiday house is surrounded by a wide garden and an olive grove.
A few metres from the cottage lies the hexagonal private swimming pool (diameter: 4.00 m; depth: 1.50 m), equipped with two wooden sun loungers.
The pergola is furnished with table and chairs for having meals al fresco. Here is also the barbecue equipment.

On the ground floor is the kitchen-small living room with a single sofa bed.
The double bedroom and the bathroom with shower are on the first floor.

Access to the Cottage

The private parking lot is accessed through a 400-metre dirt road. The cottage is 200 metres from the parking lot and is to be reached on foot. A luggage service is available at arrival and departure.

The holiday house is a stone cottage located on the hills of Camaiore (Lucca), in Versilia. Various CAI-marked trails stretch around the estate, whereas Lido di Camaiore and the other Versilia seaside resorts are 14 kilometres from the property.
Guided mountain bike tours of the hills, the coast and nearby Natural Park of Migliarino - San Rossore - Massaciuccoli are organized upon request.
Many important Tuscan cities of art, including Pisa, Lucca and Florence, are within driving distance.
