Located in a very panoramic and quiet area, in the hamlet of Testaccio of the municipality of Barano d'Ischia (Na), in the locality of “Il Capo” along the old pedestrian municipal road that connects the hamlet of Testaccio with Maronti beach. We have two three-room apartments, about 60 square meters, from 2 pax to 5 pax, fully overlooking the sea on the enchanting Maronti Bay, with bathrooms, kitchenette, solarium and barbecue, to spend your vacations in complete relaxation. The property has a panoramic swimming pool for seasonal use (from 01.06 to 30.09)available for both apartments. It is also possible to reach the facility by small car (citycar) and on site it is possible to rent cars and scooters. It is possible to go to the sea on foot in ten minutes by walking down a natural slope with various inclines consisting of 242 steps leading directly to the beach.
