The accommodation

Bubo was an agricultural annex, now a sweet and intimate studio with wooden floor and ceiling, exposed bricks, lots of books, windows on olive trees.
A double bedroom with an extra sofa bed, a bathroom and a kitchen / dining room.
Outside, an inlaid stone table under the laurel, oak and olive trees where you can cook and eat outdoors and rest in the hammock.

Setting

In the middle of the green, 50 ml. from the main house, it is accessed via a staircase that isolates it from the rest of the complex.
Casale Civetta is set in a wooded park with paths that are divided into small internal walks interrupted by points with stone tables.
Wide open spaces, paved with bricks where you can walk barefoot.
A panoramic swimming pool on the hills and the foliage of the trees.
A sculpture workshop of the tuff.

Leaving the gate the country roads intertwine in the hills, branching into country paths on the edge of hedges, ditches, plowed or cultivated fields.
Large green clearings left to feed where to leave the animals free.

Activities and attractions

Vast open spaces to the sea in the distance, the mountains, green hills and small villages where time seems to have stopped.
These are the Marche, a borderland, a small continent, where between the sea and the mountains there are 50 km of hills with the most extravagant shapes and colors.
Several cities of art and ancient villages within easy reach: Senigallia, Fano, Urbino, Corinaldo, Mondavio, Jesi, Loreto, Sant'Angelo in Vado and Gradara, but also Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia, Arezzo, Cortona, Siena.
At the beach, two partner establishments welcome dogs.
In the mountains, a few km. woods and splendid walks in the Apennines, full of villages like living nativity scenes.
The plowed fields of the Marches, on the hills that look like peaceful waves, are gently combed.
