The property is located in Vacciago, a cute small village of the 17th century, 3km over Orta, that offers many opportunities for walks, sports, special attractives and wonderfull view.

The location is 20 minutes walk from the lake, sandy beaches for swimming, with umbrellas and deckchairs, rentable boats and water ski.
The nears villages offer tennis and football fields, minigolf.
Golf Clubs in Gignese and Stresa (20-30 minuts drive), and paragliding from the near Mottarone(20 minutes drive).

Activities and attractions

The rail station is ten minutes walk from the location. You can reach Novara in 40 minutes, Milano in 1,40 h. and Torino in 2 h.
The Arona or Borgomanero toll are less than 10 kms far: you can rapidly reach Milano (80 km), Torino (140 km), Genova and the sea (160 km), Courmayeur and Monte bianco (180km).
Lugano is 45 km, and Milano Malpensa airport is 26 km far.
In the surroundings, less than 1hour and an half drive, you can reach the Strona, Ossola, Formazza, Vigezzo Valsesia Valleys, for marvelleus walks, as well the thermal pools in Premia and Toce waterfall.
