Annulation du propriètaire
La propriétaire à annulé la réservation 2 mois avant sans que je ne soit prévenu, je m'en suis rendu compte 4 jours avant en voulant imprimer mon bon de réservation, alors que j'avais effectué ma réservation depuis 2 mois, que j'avais pris mes billets d'avion, et étant durant la Féria impossible de trouver un autre logement. Je suis très déçue et je me retrouve sans logement donc je vais être dans l'obligation d'annuler mes vacances avec l'impossibilité de me faire rembourser les billets d'avion.
