The accommodation

A two store 7 room villa with 300m2, fully equipped to make your stay unforgettable. Spacious, comfortable and beautiful furnishings: large living room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table fast Internet and cable TV (flat screen).
3 bedrooms with 1 queen bed each. 1 room with 2 single beds.
Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 rings stove, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with small dining table.

Upper floor: open space with 1 doble bed and 1 sofa.
The living room opens to the marrocain porch facing the private pool and the lake.
Balcony, terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs by the pool.
Facilities: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and hair dryer.

The perfect place to spend family holiday, surrounded by wild Nature.
The villa has unique view over the lake, private pool and 10 thousand m2 of private outdoor space and large interior areas.
1000ha of Nature Reserve for walks amidst forest -pine and cork trees all around -perfect for long walks, cycling or even horseback riding.
1 hour from Lisbon and 10 min from Comporta beach, 15 minutes distance to Troia and Montado Golfs.
The guests are the only "owners" of the house and the surrounding land and garden during their stay.
They can also have access to condo facilities such as tennis courts and the Horse ridding Center. There is a very fancy Restaurant -O Bem Disposto - offering take away service to the guests.

Activities and attractions

Tennis, horse riding, birdwatching, hiking in the forest or rice fields, you choose!
Barbecue for your summer meals and a snooker for the winter evenings after chatting by the fireplace.
10 minute distance to Alcácer do Sal, and less to Carrasqueira and all the beauty of River Sado Reserve.

* River Sado banks - The area is well known for the multiple species of birds that can often be seen and for its many stork nests

* Alcácer do Sal - The recently restored extensive castle from the Moorish ruins is located on a promontory overlooking the peaceful valley of the River Sado. The small town was an important site in Roman times for the culture of salt and there is a record of a fort existing as early as 6th centuries BC.

* We also recommend that you visit the Rice Museum at Comporta and the village of Torrão.

* Comporta Beach - Miles and miles of beautiful sands and blue sea. Never crowded!
