Metro station stop “Ponte Lungo” is only 100 meters away and it allows you to easily reach all the main tourist spots in few metro rides. It is an excellent starting point to spend unforgettable days in the Eternal City.

Sunrise Apartment is bright and 40 mq2 wide (about 430 sq2), it is located at seventh (7°) floor in a modern building with elevator.

It can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people.

The apartment is composed of: entrance hall with hidden closet. Fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs these are separated from the sleeping area. Sleeping area with a double bed with orthopedic mattress, a large wardrobe and TV. A newly renovated bathroom with shower.

The famous "Appio / San Giovanni” district where the apartment is located, with its elegant buildings houses offices and several “Made in Italy” shops. Nearby Sunrise Apartment you will find: supermarkets opened 24 hours, banks, pharmacies, distinctive breakfast bars, pizzerias, restaurants and much more.

The location is very central and close to many historical sites that can be easily reached on foot, for example San Giovanni Basilica and the Colosseum.
Metro stop Line A “Ponte Lungo" is only 100 meters away and you will reach the historical city center with an only 10 minutes ride: San Pietro Basilica and the Vatican Museums, Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo, Piazza Venezia, the Colosseum, Roman Forums, Trevi Fountain, Via del Corso and all the major sights of the city.

Just below the apartment and close to the Tuscolana railway station you will find the bus stops: lines 85 and 16 leads to: San Giovanni Basilica, the Colosseum, Circo Massimo, Roman Forum, Mouth of Truth, Piazza Venezia, Via del Corso, Trevi Fountain and Termini railway Station.

In 2 minutes walk you can reach “Tuscolana" railway station which is part of the city railway connections. From there, in few minutes, you can reach most of the whole city from north to south, the Roman coast, but especially Fiumicino Airport which is directly connected by train in a easy, cheap and fast way.

arrival by car:
the apartment is located outside the ztl area (limited traffic zone) so you can easily park your car in the streets around the apartment where you will find free parkings (inside the white lines) and metered parking inside the blue lines (fee is €1 per hour during the day).

upon your arrival, i will be glad to show you the apartment and the neighborhood; for any need i will always be at your disposal during the whole time of your stay!

as owner, i manage the apartment directly and for this reason i do not apply any extra fees for check-in and check-out at any time of the day.

the check-in and check-out times are flexible depending on previous and following bookings, i will try my best to meet your needs as much as possible.
