The accommodation

Apartment with terrace overlooking gardens and swimming pool, ideal for rest and relaxation. Wooden beams and fireplace. First-floor apartment in a bungalow.

Very peaceful location, fully gated residential complex next to a shopping centre – bar, restaurants, pizzerias, newsagent, etc. Located 2 km from Dénia, with a bus stop 20 metres away. Distance to the sandy beach: 70 metres.

The apartment occupies the first and only floor of a corner bungalow and has a terrace overlooking the swimming pool and the residential complex, which is fully enclosed and for the exclusive use of owners (or tenants).

The area is surrounded by bungalow developments and is located next to a shopping centre with all kinds of shops – newsagent, travel agency, beach shop, bar, restaurant and a supermarket (Mas y Mas).

Access via a gate with remote control, exclusive to owners.
WIFI system (free).

Bed linen and towels NOT included.

Guests must provide their own towels and bed linen, as these are personal and intimate items and we believe it is preferable to use your own.

Maravilloso!!!Justo lo que estaba buscando

Buscaba un sitio que fuera tranquilo pero no demasiado apartado,y la verdad es que ha sido una maravilla!!el anfitrión, jesús, un encanto!estuvo pendiente de mi hora de llegada y cuando llegué ya me estaba esperando para explicarme todo y darme consejos y recomendaciones de la zona. Yo viajé sola con mi gatita roxy,pero para una pareja también está fenomenal. El apartamento súper limpio y acogedor,con sus vigas de madera y una barra americana a juego que divide el espacio entre la cocina y el salón. Una terraza también muy acogedora donde cenar con el fresquito por las noches, con vistas a la piscina. Había una zona comercial en la misma esquina de la calle con unos cuántos servicios:supermercado,varios restaurantes,bares(no recomiendo ir al último bar,el. Ch’ti rock bar donde al parecer los españoles no somos muy bienvenidos y recibí un trato nefasto). La urbanización súper cuidada y tranquilla…y la playa,una pasada…está al lado,es de arena fina y agua cristalina. un 10!!
