The accommodation
This beautiful summer house with direct views to the Mediterranean is located in the exclusive urbanization of Sa Font de Sa Cala, in the east of Mallorca and offers a place for up to 10 people.Getting up with the sound of waves and having breakfast with unique sea views is the day to day in this great house. The chlorine pool of 10m x 4.5m and a depth of between 1.2m to 2.5m is totally private. Large terraces invite you to sunbathe on one of the sun loungers and a fixed barbecue will serve to prepare evenings outdoors. The house is fenced and there are direct neighbors.
In total, this great property has two annexes and a main house. The first annex is the favorite place of our guests since it has a large open dining room, which is very fresh place for a hot summer days. In the interior, there is another eating area. Upstairs you can find a large bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, access to a huge terrace with two loungers and sea views and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
The main house features a living room with satellite TV and DVD player. A few stairs leads you to the dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a gas hob. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is an air conditioning unit located in the corridor to refresh the rooms. In addition, there are two bathrooms with bathtub.
The second annex on the -1 floor consists of a bedroom, equipped with two single beds, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with shower and access to a terrace. A cot and high chair are available free of charge. From both, Annex 1 and Annex 2, to get to the main house, you have to access from outside.
This beautiful house, surrounded by trees and green areas, is situated in the quiet urbanization of Sa Font de Sa Cala. In the town center, there are some restaurants and a grocery store. The sand cove is about 750 meters. You can reach the golf course of Capdepera in 15 minutes by driving. There is also the pretty medieval castle of Capdepera very close. If you search for a night life, you can go to Cala Ratjada with discos, bars and many restaurants. In addition, in Cala Ratjada you will find more shops and large supermarkets. The surrounding beaches are worth a visit, including Cala Moll, Cala Gat and Cala Angulla. The Caves of Artà, an underground world of stalactites and stalagmites is a good excursion for the whole family.
The wood burning stove can not be used.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season.
