The accommodation

In the first floor you can enjoy of a great lunch in the living room or Sungazing while you do your BBQ in the open-air terrace, watch a DVD movie during the night time or play some family games; the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge&freezer, toaster, cooker&oven, washing machine, store room, kitchen extractor hood, kitchen utensils(dishes, mugs, cutlery, pans, etc) with a big double window balcony; to finish we provide a service bathroom.

In the second floor the first Twin bedroom has 2 comfy Single beds with bedside tables, heater for the winter days, a massive mirror cabinet and clothes basket; the second Twin bedroom also has 2 comfy Single beds with bedside tables, heater for the winter days, a massive mirror cabinet, clothes basket, plus a bamboo chair and private terrace; the King bedroom has 1 comfy Kingsize bed with bedside , heater for the winter days, a massive mirror cabinet, clothes basket, plus private complete bathroom and private terrace with wood table and chairs to begin the day with a great breakfast; we also provide a shared complete bathroom in the second floor.

Setting

This excellent Duplex is in a calm prestigious area, the beach is 10min by walk or 4min by car, you have the Boavista Golf about 9min by car, nice restaurants all over the place to try our best fish, lounge bar near the beach and on the beach, the supermarket is 5min by car and the Lagos city is 10min by car.

Hello,

my name is Sivan, I'm 34YO, and love the sea! I can stand near to the ocean for hours, days, well, my whole life. I use to dive a lot! Other thing that I can't live without is music and singing. I like to have healthy life style and keep my meals based on that. I'm very funny person and full of energy.

Since I'm a sea lover my hosting is close to the beach of course, but not any beach, it's a place surrounded by a wonderful warm energy with pleasant people where you can enjoy our best fish, go to a relaxing golf game, hiking thru the green next to the sea, make a BBQ in my calm terrace during the sunset. Then the city of Lagos is 9min by car to go to the cinema, disco, mall, etc, but I prefer some lounge chill bar in our residential area of Luz.

I won't live in the same house as the guests, but will be living next to it in case they need something.

I hope you enjoy much as me your stay, that's the main reason to give to the guests the full Duplex apartment in their adventure and why I decided post it on Rentalia, I want you to know this beautiful paradise.
