Well equipped kitchen. There's one parking place, suitable for couples, families, and guys that want an house near the main attractions of Costa Smeralda.
There are a lot of beautiful places reachable walking: Rena Bianca Beach, the centre of Baja Sardiania, Tre Monti beach. The nearest club is the famous "Phi Beach".
The price includes the first bath/bed linen set and the consumptions of water and Energy.
