Apartment features:

70 m² apartment with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one of which is en suite to the master bedroom. Spacious living room with access to a 15 m² terrace, perfect for snacks and dinners. The apartment comes with terrace furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped and has small appliances—toaster, blender, iron—as well as a washing machine, microwave, oven, refrigerator with freezer, and ceramic hob. It also includes all the necessary kitchen utensils.

The apartment has air conditioning in the living room and master bedroom, as well as a ceiling fan in the second bedroom.

The living room has a double sofa bed, the master bedroom has a double bed, and the secondary bedroom has two single beds.

Both bedrooms have large built-in wardrobes with drawers.

The apartment is on the second and top floor, which gives it plenty of light and wide views.

The development is located 800 meters from the beach (10 minutes on foot) and has a swimming pool for adults and children. The architecture of the development resembles an Arab village with interior passageways and deep blue domes that blend in with the color of the sky.

Setting

San Juan de los Terreros is a small coastal town belonging to the municipality of Pulpí. It is located in eastern Almería, 10 km southwest of Águilas and 110 km northeast of Almería.

San Juan de los Terreros has two beautiful sandy beaches, easily accessible by car thanks to the parking facilities provided by the town council. In addition, along the coastal road there are numerous unspoiled coves that are well worth visiting.

In this region, there are local festivals and celebrations practically every month of the year.

Gastronomy:

The local cuisine offers the best rice dishes and fish: arroz a la Garruchera (rice with seafood), gambones de Garrucha (prawns), a wide variety of fresh fish such as the typical gallopedro, and desserts such as pastel de Vera (cake) and crema mojaquera (cream).

San Juan de los Terreros has a Social Security office just an eight-minute walk from the apartment, as well as a pharmacy and a medium-sized supermarket where you can find everything you need. The town also has restaurants and beach bars along the promenade. Don't miss the artisanal pizzas and homemade desserts at the pizzeria in San Juan de los Terreros.
However, if the supermarket is too small for you, you prefer large stores, or you are looking for more variety, you can head to Águilas.

Places of interest in the surrounding area include San Juan Castle, La Geoda de Pulpí, Torre de Cope, and Isla del Fraile. The villages of Mojácar and Sorbas are particularly beautiful.

It is an area of contrasts, ideal for hiking. You can also play golf in Mojacar or visit its magnificent Parador de Turismo hotel and enjoy numerous water sports and diving at the marina and yacht club in Águilas.
