Superb location in Tosalet, the most prestigious development in Javea, near El Arenal, a short distance from the sea and several tourist amenities.

Capacity 8 adults maximum+children. During peak season, changeovers on Saturday.

At walking distance from Cala Blanca beach (850 meters), supermarket, several restaurants, the bus stop to Arenal beach, a pharmacy... all within a 10-15 minute walk.

The villa is on ground level with an adapted bathroom. Wheelchair accesible. It has a 4x10 meters private pool with a view to San Antonio Cape, a big parking lot and lots of space in sitting room, since it was a former restaurant. High speed internet up to 300 Mbps download.

2-minute drive to Arenal beach. If you prefer you can get to El Arenal by foot in 20-25 minutes.

Big pool with 8 deck chairs, parasols and a charcoal barbecue. You can even walk to several turquoise coves.

You won't need to drive around if you don't want to. Saladar supermarket and restaurant are in front of the villa. Also facing the fancy Hotel-spa El Rodat.

Sitting space for 15 people. One storey house surrounded by sunny terraces and a backyard garden. Equipped with modern and high standard furniture and fully functioning kitchen with a double fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave... and also a portable griddle and portable ceramic hob to cook on the outside, if you wish to.

It has 4 double beds with three 180x200 cm high density visco mattresses.

Two double bedrooms, sharing a family bathroom with bathtub. A third bedroom with one ensuite disable adapted bathroom (shower) and an attached open suite with two sofa beds, with two quality foam mattresses of 80x190 cm. A fourth bedroom with ensuite bathroom (shower), a double bed and a double sofa-bed. One additional toilet.

It also includes final cleaning, wifi, sheets, towels and fair use of electricity and water (up to a limit). The overuse of supplies (50 KW/day and 600 litres/day in short rentals) will be charged at a 0.5 euro per kWh and 3€ per M3.

A second advance payment should be paid before 30 days of checking-in date up to 70% of the total rental amount. The accommodation will contact you for payment. The balance (30%), is due upon arrival.
