The accommodation

The house is spread over two floors, the first of which is approximately 70 m² and comprises the entrance hall, dining room, living room on a different level, and a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, large refrigerator, etc. There is a barbecue in the garden.
In the living area there is a 120 x 190 cm sofa bed, and from here you can access the bathroom with shower, which is very nice and sunny, and has been completely renovated this year.
The living room leads to the main terrace, which is a balcony overlooking the sea, and to the swimming pool under construction, measuring 3.50 x 7 m and with a depth of 1.50-1.80 m, and to the wooden solarium with sun loungers. The living room also leads to another smaller terrace with mountain views.
The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, a stereo system and, of course, air conditioning.
From the main terrace and the outside, a staircase leads to the ground floor, where there is a double bedroom with a king-size bed and air conditioning, as well as a bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and a very large covered terrace with beautiful sea views.
The villa is located in the village of Las Negras, 700 metres from the village and 800 metres from the beach. As it is on a hill, it is advisable to have a car.
The house is at street level, down a flight of stairs, where you can park easily, and is located in a very nice green area surrounded by villas.
In the village there is a supermarket where you can find everything you need, restaurants, pizzerias, clothes shops, a chemist's and an organic produce shop, and there is also a doctor's surgery. The village is lively, with many bars and frequent live music concerts, especially flamenco.
This is an area with many beaches, surrounded by nature with crystal clear waters, so one of the most attractive activities is diving (there are two centres, one in Las Negras), snorkelling and you can hire canoes, as well as take boat trips to some of the coves in the natural park, leaving from Las Negras.
There are a large number of trails with spectacular views, ideal for those who love walking or mountain biking.
A few kilometres away there is an equestrian centre where horse riding trips can be organised.
