The accommodation

Villa Leomar, only 7 minutes walk from the beach with its restaurants and bars, and a short drive to the cultural attractions of Malaga's old centre, is situated in a large wooded garden with many fruit trees which bring huge peace to the property. This is the ideal house for family and friends the whole year through. Recently renovated, and preserving the charm of the original features (ample rooms, thick walls and high ceilings which keep the house very cool), its large terrace is equiped with a shower, sun beds and eating area. Inside, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, the living room (with a sofa bed), independent kitchen and bathroom.

Setting

Villa Leomar is in Pedregalejo, an old fishing district known for its special historical character, its restaurants and bars. The house does not have its own parkng but there is a public car park 50 metres away, which is rarely full. Five minutes walk away there is a market selling fresh fish, fruit and vegetables, a public library, and restaurants and cafes on the beach. There is a supermarket ten minutes walk away. The airport is 15 minutes away on the motorway, which is easily accessible.

Activities and attractions

There is a huge amount on offer: Culture, gastronomy, outdoors tourism and sport in Malaga city and the wider province, with easy access to countryside, beach and city. There are some wonderful walking routes up Monte San Anton, a pine forested mountain ten minutes drive away For culture, there are the Pompidou, Picasso and Carmen Thyssen museums in central Malaga. A short car or train ride away are all the attractions of the province, historic white villages, Fuengirola Zoo, Selwo Park, Tivoli World and a huge offer of shows, live music, dance and theatre.
