The accommodation

This holiday house in Pals has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people with private garden overlooking the communal pool, close to beach in the urbanization Pals Haus.
Corner house of 90 m² well equipped and comfortable with views over the pool and garden (not fenced). Is centrally located in a wooded area (pine trees).
The house has two floors. The living room with fireplace, TV (Spanish and German satellite TV), music system are on the ground floor with and access to the terrace, garden (not fenced) with garden furniture and sun beds, a barbecue and view to the pool. This home has a private WiFi connection is available free of charge.
The kitchen (gas) is equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, cookware, coffee maker and toaster. On this floor there is also a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed) and a second bathroom with a bath and a toilet.
Your pet (dog or cat) is welcome but must be leashed all the time. There is a small "doghouse"
In front of the house you have a reserved parking space for your car.

Setting

The house is less than 1 km from the sandy beach and is situated in a quiet area of Platja de Pals. Pals is one of the best areas of Costa Brava in Catalonia, near the towns of Torroella de Montgri and L'Estartit. The long sandy beach is overlooking the Medes Islands. There are several supermarkets and various Restaurants/bars nearby.
