The house extends over three floors. The visitor enters on the middle one, where he will find an entrance hall, two bedrooms of which one en-suite and the guest room. The top floor holds the living room with open kitchen, lounge, dining area and the seafront terrace. The third bedroom with separate shower room, walk-in wardrobe and separate office with sea views is located on the bottom floor.
Bedroom 1: has an en-suite fully equipped bathroom with sea view, shower, bathtub, lavabo and toilet. Bed size:160x200cm.
Bedroom 2: includes a separate section with lavabo. Two beds with size 80x200cm.
Bedroom 3: offers a separate bathroom with shower, lavabo and toilet; a walking wardrobe. Two beds with size 90x200cm. This part of the house has also a separate office room with working desk and TV and with sofa bed. In fact this is a 4th bedroom in which a 7th guest could be accommodated. This bedroom offers sea views too.
THE LIVING ROOM AREA;
The living room area has an open fully equipped kitchen, a lounge section with TV, electrical fire-place and a dining area. Its sliding doors open to stunning frontal sea views, leading to a terrace with a BIOSUN pergola and equipped with terrace furniture. The terrace offers not only frontal sea views but also lateral sea views of the coastline of Estepona.
From the terrace there is access to a small private garden of 50m2 which gives direct access to the sea promenade from where one can enjoy views of the African coastline and Gibraltar. The garden with east/south and west orientation, has been equipped with three sunbeds to enjoy sunbathing all day long.
Furthermore, the house has a separate guest toilet, is fully air conditioned with hot and cold air, has inbuilt or walk-in wardrobes in every bedroom, a separate laundry area, access to WI-FI and International TV channels.
The property has been completely renovated in 2017. We wanted the place to be relaxed, inviting, and at the same time functional, with a combination of indoor and outdoor living.
ACCESS TO THE HOUSE:
Visitors progress from the parking area in Bahia Dorada IV, through stairs to the sea front part of the development. They can also avoid stairs by using the parking area of Bahia Dorada V and walk till the house through the Paseo Maritimo, SEA PROMENADE.

ABOUT BAHIA DORADA
The complex Bahia Dorada is part of the real estate of Estepona and is located on the western side of the municipality of Estepona, about 4 km from the city and about 5 km from its Marina. The urbanization covers a total area of 240,130 square meters, its population density is not more than 70 inhabitants per hectare and has a minimum of 20% of public green areas on the total surface of the land. Access to their homes is only possible thanks to their pedestrian paths. The collective spaces are distributed throughout the whole, housing large areas of gardens and a total of six community pools and two tennis courts.
It is worth noting the separation between the dwellings and the car, in contrast to the generalized housing model on the Costa del Sol. For this, the set includes different parking areas in the area closest to the road.

PLAYA BAHIA DORADA, THE PLACE OF YOUR HOLIDAYS
The beach of Bahia Dorada is located to scarce 8 kilometers of the municipality of Estepona. It stands out for its geographical situation, as well as for the richness of colours offered by its waters, ranging from the most intense green to the softest blue. It is a beach suitable for nautical activities and the seabed presents a large collection of rocks that create a wild marine atmosphere.

Playa La Galera (at 0.94 km): with an extension of 2000 meters and with its sea promenade, is a semi-urban beach composed of gravel and sand, which forms a landscape of interest.
Playa Arroyo Vaquero ( at 1.71 km): its extension is 2,500 meters by 20 meters wide. It is an urban beach without a sea promenade mainly composed of dark sand.
Nudist beach of Costa Natura,
This famous nudist beach is located between Guadalobón and Arroyo de Vaquero. The Costa Natura beach is very popular with local naturist tourists and from all over Europe. It has 850 meters long of grey sand and some rocks.

Playa Ancha in Casares (at 2.90 km): its extension is 1,300 meters by 50 meters wide. It is an urban beach with boardwalk, awarded with blue flag. A beautiful and well-kept beach, with calm waters and great influx of public. It has been equipped with a number of services
Playa El Cristo in Estepona (at 6.2 km) with an extension of 1,300 meters is a semi-urban beach without sea promenade. A City Beach although something removed from the center, next to the Marina of Estepona. It forms a beautiful cove, recently regenerated, forming a sheltered area sheltered from the winds. Playa Sotogrande in San Roque (at 15.48 km): its extension is 2,250 meters by 35 meters wide. It is a semi-urban beach without promenade mainly composed by dark sand. The beach of Sotogrande stands out for the exclusive urbanization of Sotogrande, where sports are practiced and presents a varied range of leisure options.
The communal pools can be reached through the gardens and are at two/four minutes walking distance from the house. There are tennis courts at the disposal of guests and residents.
