Nice loft in Platja d’Aro (Costa Brava), located on the Paseo Marítimo, first line of the sea, but with mountain views. Building with elevator, concierge and swimming pools. Recently refurbished.
A single environment. It has a large bed and a sofa bed. Fully furnished and equipped with appliances (refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, TV. Kitchenware, etc. Etc.) maximum capacity 3 people. Polite pets welcome. Bed linen and towels, optional not included in the price. It does not have parking but it is easy to park on the same street.
Area with all services (shops, supermarket, restaurant, press, promenade, cafeterias, etc. etc.) 5 minutes walk to the city center, near Gerona airport (low coast). Ideal couples.

OBSERVATIONS: Due to the COVID-19 issue, every time the guests leave, the apt. it is cleaned thoroughly, with an OZONE machine.

At the time of entry, the Tax will be paid. Tourist at a rate of € 0.99 per adult person and night and a maximum of 7 nights. Not included in the price.
For late arrivals and departures, check the conditions. It is an apt. private is NOT a hotel.
