Wonderful location at 5 min to all beaches and the center of Nardò (LECCE). Kitchen, 1 doubleroom, 1 triple room, bathroom, large terrace ,garden with many fruit threes. Private parking for 3 cars. Private entrance

Three-room apartment on the first floor of a private semi-detached villa, set in the splendid context of the tuff marine countryside of "Corillo", 2 minutes from the center of Nardò and every shop and commercial establishment, 15 minutes from Lecce and only 5 minutes away from the wonderful sands of S. Maria and S. Caterina. 10 minutes from those of Gallipoli (Rivabella and others). ---
For a stay of only 1 or 2 nights I require an extra €20 upon arrival.
