The accommodation
This is a beach villa with private pool and yard, only 4 minutes walk from the Estuary beach (300m) and 10 minutes drive from Comporta.
This two-storey villa is ready to host 10 guests, sleeping in 5 bedrooms, 1 of them en-suite, with access to two extra bathrooms.
There are two dining areas, inside and in the backyard facing the pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a Delta Q coffee machine (capsules).
Outside you will find a BBQ as well.
**MINIMUM STAY**
7 nights - high season (from 08th June to 14th September) - periods from Saturday to Saturday
only
5 nights - until 08th June and after 14th September
**House Rules**
Just like in a car, children of ALL ages and babies count as people. More people than the maximum number established will NOT be permitted in the accommodation.
Pets may be allowed, REQUEST basis only. Owner will have to agree.

Late check-in fee: between 20H30 and 24H00 is 30€; between 24H00 and 8H00 is 45€
