Villa with climatized pool !!!!

The accommodation

Nice house for 16 people.
Located in the urbanization of Aiguaviva Park, 6 km. from the center of Lloret de Mar.
The house consists of 3 houses, each house has its private entrance.
Main house for 6 Pax. : 2-story house.
On the first floor we find a living room and a nice American kitchen, fully equipped and functional. There is also a sink with a shower and a room with a bunk bed and a sofa bed. Going up the stairs we find the main room with suite-type washbasin where it has access to a terrace with beautiful views of the mountains and the pool. It has another room with two single beds.

Leaving the main house, going down some stairs, we find the pool, where there are 2 more houses. The first one we find is a studio for 3 people. It consists of a double bed and another single bed. Living room, American kitchen and a small washbasin with shower.
The third house is for 6 people, consists of a living room, kitchen and a sink with bathtub, there is also a large room with two bunk beds, the upper part is a double bed and the lower one is single.
The two lower houses have direct access to the pool.
The pool is heated, a luxury, since you can enjoy it all year round! '
It has an outdoor barbecue and garden furniture.

The villa is ideal for families and a group of friends.
